Warranty & Complaints

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view you are obliged to report this to us within two months after the defect has become constant. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

The warranty period on the robot vacuum cleaners is 1 year and for robotic lawnmower 2 years after receipt of the product with the exception of the battery, it has a 6-month warranty. This guarantee is of course only valid for normal use and maintenance
does not cover wear-sensitive parts such as knives, drive belts, brushes, etc.


This warranty is void if you have tried to repair the defect without consulting yourself and / or if you have not followed the instructions and / or instructions for use.

If you have such a complaint about an item that you have purchased from us, we would like to hear from you. You can contact us by telephone on work days between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. or send an email to service@zoefrobot.nl.

The postage costs for returning an article with a complaint will initially be borne by the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is upheld.

We will solve the problem as soon as possible in consultation with you. In order to ensure that your complaint is handled smoothly, we request that you strictly follow our instructions

Complaints

We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing info@zoefrobot.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform. "
