Shipping & returns

Delivery / Shipment

  • Zoef Robot strives to offer orders for shipment within 1 or 2 business day after receipt of payment.
  • We will inform you about the shipment of your package and will provide you with the Track & Trace information. The shipping time of your package is usually 1 or 2 business days. 
  • In general, you have delivered your order within 2 to 3 days. If this is not the case, we will inform you.

Delivery of the Order

  • At home, at work or at another address
    You can change the address and have your order delivered at work, with friends or with family. Then add this address to customer data. We will then ensure that your order reaches the correct destination.
  • At a collection point
    Don't feel like waiting for the delivery person at home? Have your order * delivered to PostNL collection point at Gamma, Primera, and many other collection points. Then add the shipping method for "Pick up at collection point".
    You can then select the closest collection point in the Client Information field. We will then ensure that your order is delivered to a collection point.

Shipping costs & service costs

  • Sending orders within the Netherlands is free, provided that the total amount of your order is more than € 150 (excluding a robot, we do not charge shipping costs for this). If you order for less, we will charge the shipping costs for this. 
  • For shipping abroad, with the exception of Belgium, shipping costs are also charged.
  • An order will not be sent by us if it cannot be sent completely, unless this has been discussed with the customer.
  • Do you have extra wishes about how the order should be delivered? Enter this in the comments box. We look at whether this can be achieved. If extra costs are needed for this, you will be charged. Only when these service costs have been paid can the order be sent. 

Returns

You may of course want to return to your purchase decision. After purchasing an item in our webshop you also have the option to dissolve the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. In practice, this means that after you have received your item, you still have 14 days to change your mind. You do not have to state a reason for this. You then have 14 days to return the product. However, it is very important that you return the item and all accessories supplied - if reasonably possible - in the original condition, unopened and undamaged in the original packaging. If this is not the case, we will charge costs for this.

If the above-mentioned return is received in good order, the order amount including shipping costs will be transferred within 14 days to the account number you specified. Costs for returning are for your own account ..

If you want to return the item because it is damaged and / or defective upon receipt, it is important that you inform us as soon as possible.

Items that you have purchased through Zoef Robot can be exchanged and / or returned without giving reasons. We kindly request you to follow the following instructions when returning the item:

  • You register the item on info @ zoefrobot as a return shipment.
  • You will receive a return number and a return form that must be completed.
  • You return the item with the completed return form within 14 days after the termination of the agreement to the address stated on the return form.
  • The costs for returning are for your account.
  • You must send the item - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging, unopened and undamaged.
  • The item is complete and without traces of use.
  • The article also includes all accessories supplied.
  • You must include your proof of purchase (invoice).
  • You may only try out the item on the condition that there are no user marks and / or damage.
  • If there is a value reduction due to damage, then this value reduction can be charged to you as a consumer.

The customer is obliged to send the items to be returned at his own expense, this can be sent by mail, (The items to be returned) must always be prepaid sufficiently, insufficiently prepaid returns will NOT be received and therefore NOT credited.
